Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a quick-service or fast-food environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle operational challenges effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory management, and financial acumen to analyze performance metrics.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
