Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement sales growth strategies, including promotions and marketing initiatives tailored to local market trends.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer flow optimization.
- Foster a positive work environment by training, coaching, and mentoring staff to achieve their full potential.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring resolution and maintaining brand reputation.
- Collaborate with regional managers and corporate teams to align local operations with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a quick-service or fast-food environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle operational challenges effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory management, and financial acumen to analyze performance metrics.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
