Responsibility
- Conduct personalized in-villa check-ins, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all guests.
- Provide detailed orientations of villa amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Organize and facilitate guest activities, excursions, and special requests as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback to improve future stays.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation within the villa.
- Assist in managing guest departures, including checkout procedures and farewell gestures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, French) are a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Knowledge of Bali’s tourism industry and local attractions is advantageous.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a passion for delivering 5-star service.
- Basic computer skills for managing guest records and communications.
