Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new catering contracts for corporate, social, and private events.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with hotels, resorts, event planners, and private clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in Bali’s luxury catering sector.
  • Prepare and present customized catering proposals, including menus, pricing, and logistics, tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Track sales performance, meet monthly targets, and report on key metrics to management.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to promote services and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, catering, or events.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with high-end clients.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s event and hospitality market is highly advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for sales tracking.
  • Willingness to travel across Bali’s key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as needed.
