Responsibility
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff coordination, and customer service.
- Shadow and support managers in inventory control, cost management, and supplier negotiations.
- Participate in menu development, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
- Learn and implement HACCP and food safety standards to ensure compliance and quality.
- Contribute to staff training programs, ensuring consistent service excellence across all teams.
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute events, social media campaigns, and loyalty programs.
- Develop leadership skills by leading shifts, resolving conflicts, and motivating team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome!).
- Passion for the F&B industry with a customer-centric mindset and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and guests.
- Basic understanding of POS systems, inventory software, or restaurant management tools (training provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and adapting in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Prior internship or part-time experience in restaurants, hotels, or event management is advantageous.
