Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Implement sales growth strategies, including promotions and marketing initiatives, to drive revenue.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring cost control and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to align local operations with company-wide goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or multi-unit environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, staff, and corporate teams.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and P&L analysis.
- Familiarity with local health and safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
