Responsibility
- Assist in daily front-of-house operations including guest seating, order management, and service recovery
- Operate and troubleshoot POS systems while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Coordinate staff scheduling and training programs under management supervision
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply chain management
- Implement service standards and quality control measures
- Analyze operational reports and suggest process improvements
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues professionally
- Participate in cross-training across multiple outlet concepts
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant operations or customer service
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Indonesian work authorization required
