Responsibility
- Provide expert travel advice and personalized itinerary planning for domestic and international clients.
- Book accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and destination-specific regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and local vendors to secure the best deals and partnerships.
- Prepare and present travel proposals, including cost estimates and detailed itineraries.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage client data, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Promote company services through digital and traditional marketing channels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in travel consulting, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s tourism landscape, including popular destinations and hidden gems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in using travel booking software, GDS systems, or CRM tools.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet targets and exceed client expectations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
