We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to prepare high-quality dishes for our catering services, events, and hospitality clients across Bali’s most sought-after destinations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of IDR 3.5M – 3.7M per month, offering stability and growth in Bali’s thriving tourism and hospitality sector.
Responsibility
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes (Indonesian and international) for catering events, buffets, and à la carte services.
- Follow standardized recipes and maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Ensure all food items are prepared fresh, on time, and meet hygiene and safety standards (HACCP, local regulations).
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage inventory, reduce waste, and order supplies as needed.
- Assist in menu planning and development based on client preferences and seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety protocols.
- Handle food storage, rotation, and labeling to prevent spoilage and cross-contamination.
- Support setup and breakdown for off-site catering events, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Cook in a restaurant, hotel, or catering service.
- Proven ability to prepare diverse cuisines, with a focus on Indonesian and Western dishes.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with chefs, servers, and event staff.
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy kitchen equipment (up to 20 kg).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Familiarity with Bali’s culinary scene and local ingredients is a plus.
