Responsibility
- Welcome and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Support daily operations at attractions, including ticketing, crowd management, and safety compliance.
- Provide clear and engaging information about attractions, activities, and local highlights to guests.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment or displays for events and activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on attraction protocols and service standards.
- Contribute to a high-energy, team-oriented atmosphere that enhances guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
