Responsibility
- Design and customize travel itineraries tailored to clients' preferences, budgets, and interests.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities to ensure a seamless travel experience.
- Handle bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services with accuracy and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and safety protocols to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
- Resolve travel-related issues or emergencies promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote travel packages and special offers through digital and traditional channels.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling travel services and packages to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel consulting, tourism, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, particularly in Southeast Asia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or similar) and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for travel and a deep understanding of cultural and adventure tourism.
- Bachelorâs degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
