Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Train, coach, and develop staff to enhance skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotions, marketing initiatives, and operational changes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a leadership role within the fast food or hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and drive results in a high-volume setting.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory control, and cost management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and customers.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions.
- Familiarity with local health and safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
