Responsibility
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles with precision and care.
- Provide courteous, professional service to all guests, including opening doors and assisting with luggage.
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area, ensuring vehicles are secured and protected.
- Operate valet equipment (e.g., key tags, parking systems) accurately and responsibly.
- Assist with traffic flow management during peak hours to ensure smooth guest arrivals/departures.
- Conduct vehicle condition checks and report any damages or issues immediately.
- Collaborate with front desk and concierge teams to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols and property-specific valet procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (manual and automatic transmission experience preferred).
- Proven experience in valet, hospitality, or customer service roles (entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items (e.g., luggage) as needed.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance to uphold luxury service standards.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle types and safe driving practices.
