Responsibility
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage products to customers.
- Maintain the quality and presentation of products during transit.
- Follow delivery routes and schedules as assigned by the management.
- Provide excellent customer service, including handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards during all delivery operations.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the team to improve delivery processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or customer service is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in delivery or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical fitness to handle delivery tasks, including lifting and carrying items.
- Familiarity with the local area and navigation tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
