Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, pour-over, and cold brews, adhering to Kart Kopi Roaster’s standards.
- Operate and maintain mobile coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency at all times.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and enhancing their coffee experience.
- Set up and dismantle mobile coffee stations at various locations, including beaches, events, and markets.
- Manage inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for customers.
- Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and customer preferences to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about specialty coffee brewing and techniques.
- Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift equipment as required.
