Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily F&B operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely restocking of F&B products.
- Implement promotional strategies and sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular quality checks on food and beverage offerings to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, KPIs, and financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and procurement teams to align store operations with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B management, retail supervision, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and foster a positive work environment.
- Strong understanding of F&B operations, inventory management, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic financial analysis tools.
