Responsibility
- Process and verify financial transactions, including cash exchanges, chip purchases, and payouts with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain meticulous records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff, handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily financial reports, identifying and reporting discrepancies promptly.
- Adhere to strict security protocols to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
- Collaborate with the finance and audit teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Operate POS systems and other cash-handling equipment efficiently.
- Follow rotating shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support 24/7 operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cash handling, banking, or a similar financial role (hospitality/gaming industry preferred).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information discreetly.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and other financial software.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are a plus.
