Kart Kopi Roaster is excited to announce a unique opportunity to join our team as Event Staff for our upcoming Coffee Bazaar in Bali! As part of our bazaar team, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to visitors, showcasing our premium coffee products, and representing the Kart Kopi Roaster brand with professionalism and warmth. The event will run throughout August, offering a month-long engagement in one of Bali’s most vibrant settings.

Responsibility
- Assist in setting up and dismantling the bazaar booth, ensuring a visually appealing and functional display.
- Engage with customers, providing product information, recommendations, and samples of Kart Kopi Roaster’s specialty coffees.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems or cash registers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace throughout the event.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Promote Kart Kopi Roaster’s brand values and loyalty programs to visitors.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking products and tracking sales.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or event staffing is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of coffee products and brewing methods is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full duration of the August event.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., coffee bags, equipment).
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
