Responsibility
- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, body scrubs, facials, and holistic therapies, in accordance with established SOPs.
- Provide personalized and high-quality service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their spa experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to create tailored treatment plans based on guest preferences and needs.
- Upsell spa products and services to enhance the guest experience and contribute to revenue growth.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking and restocking spa supplies and products.
- Stay updated on the latest spa trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve service quality.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role within a luxury spa or wellness resort.
- Certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in a variety of spa treatments, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, and body scrubs.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in a spa environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate guest schedules.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform treatments for extended periods.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
