Responsibility
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house management
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for new and existing outlets
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues professionally
- Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in upscale dining establishments
- Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and teams
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and hospitality regulations
- Fluency in English; additional languages (especially Indonesian) a plus
