Responsibility
- Strategic Franchise Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive franchise growth strategy to expand Pegacorn’s presence in Bali and beyond, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day franchise operations, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to drive mutual success.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance across franchise locations, analyzing KPIs, revenue streams, and cost structures to optimize profitability.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure all franchise locations adhere to Pegacorn’s brand standards, service protocols, and quality benchmarks.
- Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs for franchise staff to uphold service excellence and operational consistency.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify growth opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging trends in Bali’s hospitality sector.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align franchise operations with broader business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 8 years in franchise management, hospitality operations, or business development, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the hospitality and tourism sector, preferably with experience in Southeast Asian markets.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams, with a collaborative and results-driven approach.
- Financial Acumen: Strong analytical skills with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement long-term growth strategies while addressing immediate operational challenges.
- Communication Excellence: Fluent in English (written and verbal) with outstanding negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying issues, proposing solutions, and driving continuous improvement in franchise performance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced certification is a plus.
