Responsibility
- Provide warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently while ensuring all guest information is accurate
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with prompt, courteous service
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Process payments, maintain accurate records, and handle cash transactions securely
- Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance guest stays
- Assist with concierge services including transportation arrangements and activity bookings
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all materials are properly stocked
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in front desk operations within hospitality industry
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and basic office software
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Bali's tourism attractions and local culture
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus
