Responsibility
- Process and issue flight tickets, boarding passes, and travel documents accurately and efficiently.
- Assist passengers with check-in, seat assignments, and baggage handling while adhering to airline policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering travel-related advice.
- Verify passenger identification, visas, and other travel documents to ensure compliance with international regulations.
- Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations using airline booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).
- Collaborate with ground staff, cabin crew, and other departments to ensure smooth airport operations.
- Handle financial transactions, including payments and refunds, with precision and integrity.
- Stay updated on flight schedules, fare rules, and airline promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, ticketing, or airline operations is a plus (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Proficiency in computer systems, including airline reservation software (training provided for specific tools).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
