Responsibility
- Lead and supervise outlet staff to ensure exceptional guest service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and compliance with brand standards.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance performance and foster a culture of excellence.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement service improvements and promotional strategies.
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Analyze sales reports and optimize revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
- Represent the outlet in meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making for business growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within hospitality (restaurants, bars, or hotels).
- Proven track record in team management, training, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong understanding of POS systems, inventory control, and financial reporting.
- Passion for customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Certification in food safety or hospitality management is highly desirable.
- Local knowledge of Bali’s tourism market and cultural sensitivity to diverse guest demographics.
