Responsibility
- Assist in planning and coordinating travel itineraries for clients visiting Bali and other Indonesian destinations.
- Support customer service operations, including inquiries, bookings, and travel arrangements.
- Conduct research on emerging travel trends, local attractions, and sustainable tourism practices.
- Collaborate with local vendors, hotels, and tour operators to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Help manage social media and digital marketing efforts to promote travel packages.
- Assist in organizing client events, tours, and cultural experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client feedback.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving travel services.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Tourism, Hospitality, or Travel Management program.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Passion for travel, culture, and customer service.
- Basic knowledge of travel booking systems or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
