Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the driving range, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Monitor and manage inventory, equipment, and supplies to ensure optimal availability and cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience, drive revenue growth, and achieve business targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute promotional events, tournaments, and special programs.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, guest feedback, and financial metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, tourism, or golf/leisure industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of driving range operations, golf equipment, and customer service best practices.
- Basic understanding of financial management, including budgeting and revenue tracking.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the role.
