Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in HVAC, lighting, power distribution, and other critical infrastructure.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to guest services.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement energy-efficient solutions and sustainability initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and compliance documentation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment or system upgrades as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an M&E Technician, preferably in the hospitality or luxury service industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Proficient in reading technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks involving lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
