Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the resort, including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to promote resort offerings and maximize occupancy.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance to achieve operational targets.
- Collaborate with local vendors and partners to source high-quality supplies and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
