Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor in a high-volume café setting.
- Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages according to The Coffee Club’s standards.
- Assist in daily outlet operations, including opening/closing duties, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff (for Supervisor/Assistant Manager roles), ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on menu offerings, promotions, and service techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail (for Service Crew); 2+ years in a supervisory role (for Supervisor/Assistant Manager).
- Passion for customer service and a team-player mindset.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
- For leadership roles: Proven ability to train, motivate, and manage teams.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP).
- Willingness to work in Bali’s vibrant locations (relocation support may be discussed).
