Responsibility
- Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute long-term financial plans to support business growth, including new property acquisitions and F&B expansions.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and variance analysis for multiple hospitality entities.
- Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality or guest experience.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and GAAP standards. Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-level executives, investors, and department heads to align financial goals with operational strategies.
- Risk Management: Assess financial risks (market fluctuations, currency exchange, etc.) and implement mitigation strategies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing finance team, fostering professional development and efficiency.
- Investor Relations: Present financial performance and growth projections to investors, banks, and board members.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong plus.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years in finance leadership roles, with at least 5 years in hospitality, F&B, or real estate development.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and F&B cost structures.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP), financial modeling, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Language: Fluent in English; Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel occasionally across Bali or internationally for expansion projects.
