Responsibility
- Monitor and enforce ride safety protocols and height/age restrictions to ensure guest well-being.
- Assist guests with ride boarding, disembarking, and general inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Conduct pre-operation checks on rides and attractions to verify functionality and safety.
- Collaborate with the operations team to manage crowd flow and minimize wait times during peak hours.
- Provide first aid and emergency response support as trained, coordinating with medical staff when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas, including ride queues, platforms, and surrounding zones.
- Assist in daily operational reports and incident documentation for continuous improvement.
- Participate in team training sessions to stay updated on new attractions, safety procedures, and service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or theme park operations (entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, in an outdoor environment.
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and assist guests as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Certification in first aid/CPR is preferred but not required (training provided).
