Responsibility
- Design and customize retreat packages and travel itineraries tailored to guest preferences, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and wellness programs.
- Liaise with local vendors, tour operators, and service providers to secure high-quality, cost-effective arrangements for guests.
- Manage bookings, reservations, and confirmations for flights, accommodations, and retreat-specific services (e.g., yoga classes, spa treatments, cultural tours).
- Provide exceptional pre-arrival and on-site guest support, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, including hotels, airlines, and wellness practitioners, to enhance retreat offerings.
- Coordinate logistics for group retreats, including schedules, meals, and special events, while ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Promote Isla Indah Retreat’s services through compelling descriptions, marketing materials, and social media content to attract new clients.
- Gather guest feedback and implement improvements to elevate the retreat experience continuously.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in travel planning, hospitality, or event coordination, preferably in the wellness or retreat industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Balinese, are a plus).
- Proficiency in travel booking software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Deep knowledge of Bali’s geography, culture, and tourism offerings, including hidden gems and luxury experiences.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering personalized, high-touch service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate guest needs.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
