Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging travel trends, customer preferences, and competitive opportunities in Bali’s tourism sector.
- Design, develop, and launch innovative travel products and packages tailored to luxury, adventure, and cultural experiences.
- Manage VIP and high-value client relationships, ensuring personalized service, prompt communication, and exceedingly high satisfaction levels.
- Oversee the end-to-end travel booking process, from inquiry to post-trip follow-up, ensuring seamless coordination with vendors, guides, and accommodations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling promotions, campaigns, and partnerships to drive bookings and brand visibility.
- Negotiate contracts with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and local service providers to secure competitive rates and exclusive offerings.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability of travel packages, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of travel consultants to deliver exceptional service and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in travel agency management, tour operations, or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of developing and selling high-end travel products, with a focus on luxury or niche markets.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, partners, and team members.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen to assess market data, pricing strategies, and business performance metrics.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of Bali’s tourism landscape, including top destinations, cultural nuances, and logistical considerations.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, booking platforms, and travel management software.
