Responsibility
- Develop and execute daily transport plans to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Coordinate with warehouse, drivers, and clients to optimize route scheduling and resource allocation.
- Monitor transport operations in real-time and adjust plans as needed to address delays or disruptions.
- Analyze transport data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement and fleet management teams to maintain vehicle availability and compliance.
- Prepare reports on transport performance, including key metrics such as on-time delivery rates and fuel efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local traffic regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Liaise with external partners, including third-party logistics providers, to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in transport planning, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in transport management software or Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local traffic regulations and logistics best practices in Bali.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
