Responsibility
- Operate and maintain Gantry and Milling machines in accordance with company standards.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings as needed to meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and report major malfunctions to the maintenance team.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records of machine operations.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator (preferred but not required; training provided).
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and machinery operations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
