Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet demand forecasts and order deadlines.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and manufacturing teams to ensure raw material availability and workflow alignment.
- Monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment orders to prevent stockouts or excess.
- Analyze production capacity and identify opportunities to optimize resource allocation.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on output, delays, and efficiency metrics for stakeholders.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust priorities based on urgent orders or supply chain disruptions.
- Collaborate with quality assurance to ensure compliance with production standards.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to track progress and update planning data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, logistics, or manufacturing coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and ERP/MRP software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
