Responsibility
- Analyze and process transportation claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve claims and improve operational workflows.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on claims handling, logistics procedures, and best practices.
- Assess and optimize transportation processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor shipment statuses and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed records of claims, shipments, and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to address logistics challenges.
- Generate reports on claims trends, performance metrics, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in transportation coordination, claims management, or logistics operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
