Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end business process transitions, ensuring smooth handover and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet business objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and client stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Drive process improvements and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure team readiness and competence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in transition management, project management, or business process outsourcing (BPO).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma, PMP).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
