Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end business process transitions, ensuring smooth handover and minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and client stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Drive process improvements and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure team readiness and competence.
- Maintain documentation and reports to ensure compliance and transparency throughout the transition process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in transition management, project management, or business process outsourcing (BPO).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma, PMP).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in the call center or customer service industry is a plus.
