Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from bank customers, providing accurate and timely information.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Process banking transactions, account updates, and service requests efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Adhere to banking regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact centre role.
