Responsibility
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and workflows.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, helpdesk tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to resolving issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is advantageous.
