Responsibility
- Develop and implement innovative transaction banking solutions, including cash management, trade finance, and payment systems, to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., product, IT, and risk teams) to design scalable and secure banking solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, client pain points, and opportunities for product enhancement.
- Provide expert consultation to corporate clients on optimizing their transaction banking workflows for efficiency and cost savings.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented solutions, proposing improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure compliance with local and international banking regulations, including AML and KYC requirements.
- Train and support sales teams in promoting transaction banking products to potential clients.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and business cases to senior management and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CTP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transaction banking, corporate banking, or financial services, with a focus on cash management or payment solutions.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing banking solutions for corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management in banking.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in banking software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly desirable.
