Responsibility
- Process and verify high-volume payment transactions for life insurance policies and financial products with precision and efficiency.
- Monitor and reconcile daily payment operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Identify and resolve payment discrepancies, investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and customer service, to streamline payment workflows.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to payment operations, providing insights to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations in all transactions.
- Assist in the implementation of new payment systems or processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders regarding payment inquiries and issues.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payment operations, financial services, or insurance sectors.
- Strong understanding of payment processing systems, banking operations, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Familiarity with AML, KYC, and other compliance frameworks in financial services.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
