Responsibility
- Drive the product roadmap for credit and insurance products within ShopeePay, aligning with business goals and user needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and risk teams to define product requirements and prioritize development sprints.
- Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., adoption rates, NPS, default rates) and iterate on products based on data insights.
- Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure products meet regulatory standards in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, including user onboarding flows, pricing models, and promotional campaigns.
- Gather and synthesize user feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Present product updates and business cases to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (2027 graduates) in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making (SQL, Excel, or analytics tools is a plus).
- Passion for fintech, digital payments, or financial inclusion with a basic understanding of credit/insurance products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with a user-centric mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
