Responsibility
- Provide timely and professional support to Chinese-speaking merchants via email, chat, and phone.
- Resolve merchant inquiries related to payments, transactions, and account management.
- Assist merchants in onboarding and navigating Xenditâs platform and APIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical or financial issues.
- Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Identify trends in merchant inquiries and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.
- Conduct training sessions or webinars for merchants to optimize their use of Xenditâs services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Xenditâs product updates to provide informed support.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with payment gateways, APIs, or financial technology is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to relocate to or already based in Bali, Indonesia.
