Responsibility
- Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities in the microfinance sector within assigned regions in Bali.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field officers and support staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high service standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base, improve portfolio quality, and minimize risk exposure.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business health and make data-driven decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, and financial institutions to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in all microfinance operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance customer experience, and introduce innovative financial products.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, gather customer feedback, and address operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services, with at least 1 year in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, managing teams, and achieving sales or portfolio targets in the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of microfinance operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in local Balinese dialects is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
