Responsibility
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, including Bank Indonesia and OJK guidelines.
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of treasury operations to identify potential risks and compliance gaps.
- Prepare and submit accurate regulatory reports in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance financial controls and mitigate operational risks.
- Stay updated on emerging financial regulations and industry best practices.
- Assist in the development of training programs to educate staff on compliance and risk management protocols.
- Support the Treasury Department in liquidity management and cash flow forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or treasury operations within the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certification in risk management (e.g., FRM, CRM) or compliance (e.g., CCP) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
