Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of field officers to achieve business growth targets in assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand Amartha’s microfinance services, ensuring alignment with company goals and local market needs.
- Monitor and maintain portfolio quality, ensuring compliance with risk management policies and regulatory standards.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and partners to enhance Amartha’s brand presence and trust.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and service improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the team.
- Prepare and present reports on business performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
- Ensure operational efficiency by optimizing processes, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, managing teams, and maintaining high portfolio quality.
- Strong understanding of microfinance principles, risk management, and regulatory compliance in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in local Balinese dialects is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
