Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the corporate banking portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized financial solutions, including loans, credit facilities, and treasury services.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor client portfolios and proactively address any issues to mitigate risks and enhance client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance, market trends, and competitive insights to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry developments, economic trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Represent the bank at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or a similar role within the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of corporate clients and achieving revenue growth targets.
- Strong understanding of corporate financial products, including loans, credit facilities, trade finance, and cash management services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Familiarity with banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software; CRM experience is an advantage.
