Responsibility
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials, including digital modules, presentation decks, and hands-on demonstration guides
- Conduct regular training needs assessments across retail locations in Bali to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
- Supervise a team of trainers, providing coaching and performance feedback to ensure consistent training quality
- Collaborate with product teams to stay ahead of new launches and translate technical specifications into engaging training content
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, participant feedback, and on-floor observations
- Implement certification programs to recognize and reward team members who demonstrate mastery of key competencies
- Organize and facilitate special training events, workshops, and team-building activities to foster continuous learning culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training coordination or supervision, preferably in retail or consumer electronics
- Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness
- Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to travel occasionally to different store locations across Bali
