Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality lectures in Business Management, including courses in strategic management, marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, and organizational behavior.
- Develop and update curriculum materials, ensuring alignment with industry standards and academic best practices.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, supporting their personal and professional growth.
- Assess student performance through exams, projects, and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with faculty to enhance program quality and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Engage in research, publications, or industry partnerships to stay current with business trends.
- Participate in student development activities, such as workshops, seminars, and career counseling.
- Contribute to administrative tasks, including attendance tracking, grading, and academic reporting.
Qualifications
- Masterâs degree or PhD in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience at the tertiary level (preferred).
- Strong subject-matter expertise in core business disciplines (e.g., marketing, finance, HR, operations).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (fluent written and verbal).
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging lectures using modern pedagogical methods.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital teaching tools.
- Passion for student development and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Bali, Indonesia (on-site presence required).
