Responsibility
- Design and develop engaging training programs (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) aligned with business objectives and learner needs.
- Deliver high-impact workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions on topics such as leadership, communication, and technical skills.
- Conduct training needs analyses (TNA) to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.
- Create multimedia learning materials (e.g., presentations, manuals, e-learning modules) using modern instructional design principles.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and KPIs, and iterate programs based on data.
- Partner with HR and department heads to align training initiatives with talent development and retention strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in learning & development, incorporating best practices into programs.
- Mentor and support new hires and high-potential employees through onboarding and career development pathways.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or similar role.
- Proven track record in curriculum design, facilitation, and training evaluation (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model).
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and modern training methodologies (e.g., gamification, microlearning).
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian/Bahasa is advantageous.
- Certifications such as ATD (Association for Talent Development), SHRM, or PMP are highly desirable.
